Standard & Deluxe Photo Packages Include:   

  •    As many photos as it takes to showcase the home - inside & out

  • ​   High Dynamic Range (HDR) Processing​

  •    Full post production editing in Adobe Lightroom and/or Photoshop

  •    3 Image sizes - large print, high resolution & small web-sized files

  •    Removal of wires/cords and small carpet stains, marks on walls

  •    Two free major processing (e.g. add a fire in the fireplace, remove       photos/art from wall) Additional requested edits $20/photo

  •    MLS compatible Virtual Tour- Branded and non-branded formats 

  •    Stream-lined, easy-to-use personal software to manage &                download photos & tours

  •    Weekly statistics on the tour's viewer frequency and location

  •    A fully customizable, quick & easy to create PDF listing flyer.              Includes 7 self-selected photos, property details and a QR code       that links to that property's photos & virtual tour.

  •    Virtual Staging - Fill your vacant properties or new                             construction with furniture and accessories.  Visualize possible       room layouts.  Add one or more digitally staged photos to your          gallery!  

          PRICING:  $80.00/photo - Delivered along with originals

  •    3D Immersive Tour - A powerful tool  that enables homebuyers     to engage in an immersive experience before and after visiting a       property.  Qualify buyers and in this global pandemic give sellers     piece of mind that there are options to in-person showings. 3D         Tours emulate real 3D environments using spherical images.  The     tours have an easy to use interface.                                                           PRICING:  Under 2000 sq. ft - $150.00 - Inquire for larger homes   

  •    Floorplans - Give buyers a 2D drawing to scale of the inside       of the home. Elements shown are the walls, partitions, doors,     windows, stairs and more. All the rooms are identified with         their dimensions (approximate), except closets and small           storage spaces. Hallway and other circulating areas are             also identified. Rooms can be displayed with or without               existing furniture. Plans are taken directly from the                       panoramic photos of the 3D tour.

Basic Graduate Portrait Package Includes:

  • Pre-shoot consultation to become acquainted and learn about your personality, interests and desired photographs

  • One hour of shooting time on location with unlimited exposures

  • Two outfits

  • Multiple poses

  • Best 25 photographs presented for you in an online proof gallery

  • Color and black & white images

  • Digital photo enhancement

  • One 5 x 7 retouched print

  • One 8 x 10 retouched print

  • One set of wallets (8 wallet prints per set)

  • 5 digital files (watermarked & low density)  for Facebook, Twitter, etc.

  • Price:  $275

Small Event Includes: 

  • 1-4 hours with photographer at client location

  • Post-event photo preparation & correction, including initial LightRoom and Photoshop custom editing

  • Link to share photos with family and friends

  • Photo CD

  • Price:  $325

Large Event Includes:

  • 4-6 hours with photographer at client location

  • Post-event photo preparation & correction, including initial LightRoom and Photoshop custom editing

  • Link which can be shared with family and friends

  • Photo CD

  • 1.5 hour session at client’s home or choice of location

  • Private online proofing gallery which can be shared with family and friends

  • 2- 5×7 Custom Color/Black & White Prints

What else your session fee covers

  • Initial consultation via phone, e-mail or in person

  • Up to two hours of shooting time

  • Post-session image preparation and correction, including initial digital editing/retouching

  • 1-hour post-session photo consultation to select prints & discuss printing options

  • Second round of touching up on prints that are ordered

  • Price:  $250
